Making a Nomination is Easy

Simply fill out our Online Nomination Form with your information, the information of the person, team or company you are nominating, and any detailed contact information we should be aware of. Click the "Make Nomination" button and you're done. Soon after, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we successfully received your online nomination.

On receiving your Nomination, we will review and verify that all contact information and award category qualifications are correct. Then an email is sent to the assigned contact for the Nominee informing them of their Award Nomination. This email contains everything they need to learn about their award category and how to submit a Nomination Packet to our Judging Committee.
